Our build process

1. Free site visit. We measure, photograph, and listen — no high-pressure pitch.

2. Design + fixed quote. 3D renders for kitchens and baths. Itemized quote with allowances spelled out.

3. Permits + schedule. We pull every permit and publish a milestone calendar before swinging a hammer.

4. Build phase. Same crew lead start to finish. Daily clean-up. Weekly progress photos sent by text.

5. Punch list + warranty. Walkthrough, sign-off, and a 5-year structural / 1-year cosmetic warranty.
